Section 18(4)(a) in Maharashtra Factories Rules, 1963

(a)[A fee of rupees ten] [Substituted by G.N. of 1.8.1984 MGG Part I-L Extraordinary P.272] shall be payable for the issue of every certificate of fitness issued under sub-rule (2) and shall be paid by the occupier.
