Section 7(1)(iii) in Rajasthan Sanskrit Education State and Subordinate Service (School Branch) Rules, 2015

(iii)posts up to Pay Band PB-1 Grade pay No. 10 to be filled in by direct recruitment by appointing on compassionate ground one of the dependents of a member of Armed Forces belonging to the State who died or was permanently incapacitated in war or any defense operations including counter insurgency operations and operations against terrorists during the period from 1.1.1971 to 31.3.1999;
