FACTS
Vide RTI dated 6.10.10 appellant had sought information on 17 points relating to the meeting of RDC Committee on Aug 25, 2010.
2. CPIO vide letter dated 9.11.10, provided a point wise response.
3. An appeal was filed on 10.11.10.
4. PIO vide order dated 10.12.10 provided certain additional information.
5. Not satisfied with the response, he filed the present appeal.
6. The appellant submitted that he has not been provided satisfactory response to his queries at serial nos.9, 11, and 16 of his RTI. The CPIO submitted that the information sought on all the three points was now available.
DECISION
7. CPIO is directed to provide information sought within ten days from date of receipt of the order. The appeal is disposed of.
