Section 12(1) in The Maharashtra Medical Practitioners (Registration) Rules, 1961
(1)The fact of the removal of the name of any defaulting practitioner from the Register under sub-clause (iv) of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 23A shall also be published in at least one newspaper [in English, in Marathi and one in Hindi having wide circulation in the region.] [Substituted by G.N. of 31.5.1983.]
