(1)The University shall with the approval of the Governing Board, constitute for the benefit of the officers, teachers and other employees of the University, in such manner and subject to such terms and conditions as may be.provided for by the Regulations, such scheme of pension, provident fund, gratuity and insurance as it may deem fit.
