Section 28(1) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission Comprehensive (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 2001
(1)The Commission may, if considered appropriate, advertise in newspapers or otherwise notify in such other appropriate manner as the Commission may decide inviting applications for grant of licence for Transmission or Supply of Electricity.
