Section 58(1) in Andhra Pradesh Chit Funds Rules, 2008
(1)An appeal under Section 70 or under sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 74 of the said Act shall be in writing and shall be either presented in person or sent by registered post to the State Government or to such officer or authority (hereinafter referred to as the appellate authority) as may be empowered by notification in the official Gazette by the State Government in that behalf.
