ORAL ORDER
2 27-03-2023The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
" That, this writ application is for quashing the demand notices as contained in Annexure I series and for issuance of an order restraining the Respondents from realising the difference amount of solar lights purchased by the Petitioners who were the Mukhiya Panchayat Secretary of the Gram Panchayat at the relevant period."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur for redressal of their aforesaid grievance.
Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
