UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following After arguing the matter at considerable length Mr.Krishanan Venugopal, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw these special leave petitions reserving for the petitioner to approach the High Court for appropriate relief.
