Section 40(1) in Karnataka Ayurvedic, Naturopathy, Siddha, Unani And Yoga Practitioners' Registration And Medical Practitioners' Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1961
(1)No court other than the court of a magistrate of the first class shall take cognizance of, or try, an offence under this Act.
