Section 27 in Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy Act, 2011
27. Payment to Council.
- The State Government may, after due appropriation made by the Legislative Assembly by law in this behalf, pay to the Council in each financial year such sums as it may consider necessary for the performance of functions of the Council under this Act.
