Section 25 in Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009
25. Committees.
- The authorities of the University may constitute such committees with such terms of reference as may be necessary for specific tasks to be performed by such committees. The constitution of such committees, powers to be exercised and duties to be performed shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
