Section 12(2) in Tamil Nadu Land Improvement Schemes Act, 1959
(2)If there is a difference of opinion among the members of the District Committee, the decision of the majority of the members present shall prevail:Provided that when their opinion is equally divided, the Collector shall have and exercise a casting vote.
