Section 367(2) in West Bengal Municipal Corporation Act, 2006
(2)For the purpose of any inspection or examination under sub-section (1), the Director of Local Bodies may require the Commissioner or any officer of the Corporation-(a)to produce any book, record, correspondence, plan or other document.(b)to furnish any return, plan, estimate, statement, account or statistics, or(c)to furnish or obtain any report.
