(b)as respects any other law(i)in its application to a [*] [the word and letter "Part A" were omitted by 1 A.L.O., 1956 (1-11-1956) ] State, the State Government, and(ii)in its application to a [Union territory] [Substituted by 1 A.L.O., 1956 for the words "Part C State" ] the Central Government.
