Section 6(1) in The Orissa Forest Produce (Control of Trade) Rules, 1983

(1)Every grower of specified forest produce other than the Government shall, if the quantity of specified forest produce grown by him is likely to exceed the quantity as specified in the table below, get himself registered under Section 10.Table
