Section 52(6) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(6)The Returning Officer shall, on being satisfied as the genuineness of a notice of withdrawal and the identity of person delivering it under sub-rule (1), cause a notice to be affixed on the notice board in his office.
