Section 30(23)(i) in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 1996

(i)The lessee shall allow officers authorised by the State or the Central Government and any officer authorised by the Ziki/Janpad/Gram Panchayat to enter upon any building excavation or land comprised in the lease for the purpose of inspecting the same.
