Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar nature writ petitions, notices have been issued and interim orders have been granted by Co-ordinate Benches of this court.
In view of the submissions made, issue notice. A copy of the writ petition be served on Mr. Anuroop Singhi, who may complete his instructions / file reply by the next date.
In the meanwhile, the respondent is directed not to proceed further pursuant to the notices issued to the petitioner under Section 148 of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
