1. Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of order dated 05.02.2019, which is taken on record. On the basis thereof, he submitted that the transfer order of the applicant has been modified and he has now been transferred to KV No. 1
-2- O.A. NO. 060/01344/2018 Pathankot, as prayed by him, therefore, the present O.A. has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute the factual position, as noticed hereinabove.
