Section 12(ii) in Andhra Pradesh General Nurse Training Institutions (Admission into General Nurse Training and Grant of Permission to Private Schools of Nursing) Rules, 1997
(ii)The President, Andhra Pradesh Nurses and Midwaives Council, or Inspection team appointed by him shall conduct two inspections of the proposed Nursing School, while giving its recognition within a gap of three months, so that after first inspection is over, the Management of the school is able to have sufficient time to rectify what ever the deficiencies are pointed out and communicated to them. If the school is having all the facilities and maintaining in conformity with the regulations of Indian Nursing Council. New Delhi, based on inspection report, further action can be taken for its recognition and there is no need to send second inspection before recognition. The inspection fee for each inspection shall be Rs. 2,500/- (Rupees two thousand and five hundred only) and shall be payable to the Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad byway of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the President Andhra Pradesh Nurses and Midwaives Council.
