Learned counsel for petitioner points out that affidavit filed by Shri L.K.S. Chouhan vide I.A. No. 2460/2024 contains different signatures which are available on Annexure R-1.

It is further pointed out that on the affidavit, seal of identified is marked, but who identified Shri L.K.S. Chouhan is not mentioned.

It is directed that handwriting sample of Shri L.K.S. Chouhan be obtained by the QDE Section of Police Head Quarters and they be matched from Annexure R-1 and the order Annexure P-2 which is an order declaring the petitioner to be a confirmed employee.

The Resident Commissioner will facilitate movement of Shri L.K.S. Chouhan to appear before the Superintendent of Police QDE to give his handwriting sample within 07 days from today and thereafter report will be prepared by the QDE and submitted to the Court within further period of 15 days.

In the meanwhile Shri Tripathi will also arrange to give original copy of the order dated 15.04.2005 (Annexure P-2) as was received by him to the QDE In-Charge, Police Head Quarters Bhopal.

Let a typed copy of this order be given to Shri Saurabh Soni, learned Panel Lawyer for onward transmission to the Chief Secretary and the Resident Commissioner, M.P. Bhawan, Bhopal.

A copy of this order be also give to the Director General of Police who may in turn direct the In-charge of the QDE Section to obtain the handwriting sample P-2 etc. of Shri Chauhan for matching with documents Annexure R-1. Shri Chauhan will also explain the difference in the signatures affixed by him on his affidavit and the one which are available on the document Annexure R-1.
