Section 34(2)(iv) in Gujarat Prohibition Act, 1949

(iv)[ the licensee may sell any part of the stock of foreign liquor to foreign liquor licensees or to chemists, canteens, messes and clubs, holding licences in the State, or to any persons outside the State, subject to such conditions as the Director may impose; [These clauses were substituted for the original, by Bombay 22 of 1960, Section 19(b)(iii).]
