Section 16(2) in Agricultural And Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985
(2)The Fund shall be applied for-(a)meeting the cost of the measures referred to in section 10;(b)meeting the salaries, allowances and other remuneration of the members, officers and other employees, as the case may be, of the Authority;(c)meeting the other administrative expenses of the Authority and any other expenses authorised by or under this Act; and(d)repayment of any loan.
