(4)After expiry of the period specified in sub-section (3), the Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner or the Assistant Commissioner, as the case may be, shall after considering any objections and suggestions received, pass such orders as he may think fit on such proposals having regard to the matters specified in sub-section (2). A copy of the order shall be communicated to the trustee and shall be published in the prescribed manner.
