Section 10(16) in Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019
(16)The specified authority in relation to rural area or urban area shall obtain printed application Forms and ration cards from the Controller on payment of the cost of such forms and ration cards as specified in this clause. Out of the fee cost of the Ration card so realized, 50% shall be reimbursed to Panchayat as service charges for preparation of the ration cards.
