Section 49(6) in THE INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS CODE, 2020
(6)All conciliation officers and the members of a Tribunal or National Industrial Tribunal shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code(45 of 1860).
