                                 This application coming on for admission and I.A. this day, the court
                           passed the following:
                                                               ORDER

This petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 27/02/2023 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No.5107/2023.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide aforesaid order dated 27/02/2023, this Hon'ble Court has granted temporary bail to the petitioner for a period of six months on the ground ailment of the petitioner. Counsel has also submitted that the petitioner is suffering from facial paralysis and requires immediate medical attention and for which he has to come to Indore for Signature Not Verified treatment, hence, the order dated 27/02/2023 be modified and the petitioner be Signed by: KHEMRAJ JOSHI Signing time: 15-12-2023 18:08:45 2 granted further time to get himself treated.

Counsel for the State, on the other hand has opposed the prayer. On due consideration of submissions and on perusal of the documents filed on record as also the earlier order passed by this Court, it is directed that the order dated 27/02/2023 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No.5107/2023 is hereby modified and the petitioner is also directed to surrender before the trial Court within 10 days time from today.

This order be read conjointly with order dated 27/02/2023 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5107/2023.

Accordingly, the M.Cr.C. is disposed of.
