Section 3(2) in Rajasthan Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011
(2)The said Committee shall have the following members :(a)Parent/Guardian of every child studying in the School;(b)all the teachers working in the School;(c)the person elected from the ward of the local authority in which the school is located; and(d)all other elected members of the local authority residing in the village/ward in which the school is located.
