Mr. Gopal Subramaniam, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that he has just about four major issues/questions to argue in support of this petition. He proposes to formulate those questions and cite decisions in support of his contentions in regard to each one of them. He is also agreeable to giving a copy of the questions so formulated and submissions which he proposes to urge to learned counsel appearing on other side. He may do so within one week.
