Section 7(3) in Veterinary Council Of India Regulation, 1991
(3)As soon as a report by an inspector has been printed, sufficient number of copies thereof marked 'Confidential', unless in any particular case the Council otherwise directs, shall be forwarded to the concerned veterinary college hospital, institution or the concerned University, Board or veterinary institution with the request that it shall furnish to the Counsel is remarks, if any, within thirty days of the receipt of the report by it.
