(1)This Act may be called 'the Assam Employees' Parent Responsibility And Norms for Accountability and Monitoring Act, 2017, and in short may be called as the Assam Employees PRANAM Act, 2017.(2)It extends to the whole of Assam.(3)It shall come into force, on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
