(5)[ The procedure referred to in section 82, except the second proviso to subsection (5) thereof, shall mutatis-mutandis, apply for the permission to open new courses and additional Faculties. The procedure for permission for starting new subjects and additional divisions in the existing colleges and institutions shall be such as may be prescribed by the State Government, from time to time.] [This sub-section was substituted by Maharashtra 55 of 2000, section 49.]
