Section 53(5) in Punjab State Veterinary Council Rules, 1997
(5)In the event of loss or destruction of the Registration Certificate, the holder may at any time during which such certificate is valid may apply on simple application with reasons there for on payment of rupees ten as fee under Section 54 and the Registrar on being satisfied shall grant a duplicate certificate in Form XI. The certificate issued under this rule shall be marked "Duplicate".
