Section 47(1) in The Delhi Development Authority (Management And Disposal Of Housing Estates) Regulations, 1968
(1)call for information from the Managing Committee or any constituent member of the Agency in connection with the(i)affairs of the Agency;(ii)management of the Housing Estate; and(iii)relations between a constituent member and the Agency.
