Section 48 in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
48. Delegation of powers.
- The Board of the University may delegate to any officer or authority of the University any of the powers conferred on it by this Act or by the Statutes to be exercised subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be prescribed.
