Section 8(1) in National Financial Reporting Authority (Manner of Appointment and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2018
(1)If a written complaint is received by the Central Government, alleging any definite charge of mis-behavior or incapacity to perform the functions of the office in respect of the chairperson or a full time member, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs shall make a preliminary scrutiny of such complaint.
