15. Supersession or reconstitution of Authorities.
- Notwithstanding any provision in the Act, the Government may, in cases where they think it is necessary to do so, supersede or reconstitute any Library Authorities constituted under the Act:Provided, however, the Government shall give notice to the Authority concerned together with the grounds on which they propose to supersede or reconstitute and shall consider any explanations that may be offered by such Authority.Reports, Returns and Inspection.
