1. Learned counsel representing the respondent no.1 has stated that the work in relation to the tender, which is the subject matter of this writ petition, has already been completed. He hands over an inspection certificate wherein it is clearly observed that scope of supply has been completed. The said inspection certificate is taken on record. A copy of the inspection report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well.
