Section 22(1) in Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homeopathy Rules, 1972
(1)The corporate seal of the council shall be kept in a box having two different locks and the key of one of those locks shall be in the custody of the president, and the key of the other lock in the custody of the registrar.
