Section 14(1) in Assam Agricultural Land (Regulation of Reclassification and Transfer for Non-Agricultural Purpose) Act, 2015
(1)The Deputy Commissioner shall furnish to the Government in the Revenue Department, a quarterly report in the prescribed format with all the necessary information with regard to the quantum of the agricultural land reclassified and reclassified-cum-transferred for non-agricultural purposes in the district.
