3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, we also consider presence of the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Patiala and Regional Officer, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Patiala before this Tribunal physically or through VC on the next date of hearing to be essential for producing the relevant documents regarding compliance with environmental laws/ norms and assisting this Tribunal in just and O.A No. 434/2023 Davinder Pal Singh Vs.
