Section 12(2) in Punjab State Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1996
(2)The officers and other employees of the High Court Legal Services Committee shall be entitled to draw pay and allowances and other benefits in the scale of pay at par with the Punjab Government employees, as the case may be, holding equivalent posts and shall also be entitled to the same status, privileges and facilities.
