Section 250(1) in Karnataka Municipalities Act, 1964
(1)The Government may by notification at any time,-(a)withdraw any power conferred by or under sections 248 and 249;(b)cancel or modify any limitation, restriction or condition prescribed in respect of any such power; or(c)cancel any order passed by a municipal council in exercise of any such power.
