Section 8(1) in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Members (Travelling & Daily Allowances) Rules, 1964
(1)For the purpose of calculating travelling allowance, a journey between two stations is held to be performed by the shortest of two or more practicable routes or by the cheapest of such routes as may be equally short.
