1. Vide order dated 17.10.2025, Notice was issued in this Application and it was directed that Defendant / Contemnor shall file Reply to this Application within a period of two weeks and Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within one week thereafter.

2. The learned Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that the Defendant / Contemnor is still violating the order dated 22.09.2025 and displaying the Plaintiff's copyrighted works on the Defendant / Contemnor's website.

3. The learned Counsel for the Defendant / Contemnor submits that as stated in the Reply dated 27.10.2025, the Defendant / Contemnor is complying with the order dated 22.09.2025 and has discontinued the use of the Plaintiff's copyrighted works as directed vide order dated 22.09.2025. Further, it is submitted that the screenshot and online images relied upon by the Plaintiff in support of this Application are manipulated, cropped and CS(COMM) 1005/2025 Page 1 of 3 This is a digitally signed order.

4. The learned Counsel for the Defendant / Contemnor submits that the Plaintiff should place the material on record to show that Defendant / Contemnor is still violating the injunction granted vide order dated 22.09.2025.

5. The learned Counsel for the Plaintiff has handed over certain screenshots and has also handed over his own iPad to show that the Defendant / Contemnor is still violating the order dated 22.09.2025.

6. Upon being asked whether the Plaintiff would like to file the Rejoinder to controvert the averments made in the Reply dated 27.10.2025, the learned Counsel for the Plaintiff states that the Plaintiff would file its Rejoinder. Let the same be filed within a period of two weeks.

7. It is directed that the Defendant / Contemnor shall strictly comply with the order dated 22.09.2025. Pursuant to the order dated 17.10.2025, Mr. Rahul Arora, Defendant / Contemnor is present in-person. It is directed that he shall remain present in-person on the next date of hearing as well.

9. This is an Application filed by the Defendant under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking correction of the order dated 03.11.2025 passed in IA No.27195/2025.

10. The learned Counsel for the Defendant submits that in the order dated 03.11.2025, an incorrect list of devices was mentioned due to inadvertent mistake and oversight at the time of drafting by the learned Counsel for the CS(COMM) 1005/2025 Page 2 of 3 This is a digitally signed order.

The learned Counsel for the Defendant submits that the correct list of the devices ought to have been mentioned in IA No.27195/2025 is as under:

(i) One (1) Apple MacBook Air (M1)
(ii) One (1) HP Laptop
(iii) One (1) Apple iPhone 14
11. It is further submitted by the learned Counsel for the Defendant that no other device / external hard drive / pen drive or ancillary storage media belonging to the Defendant was seized or retained by the learned Local Commissioner. Accordingly, the learned Counsel for the Defendant submits that the order dated 03.11.2025 be modified accordingly.
12. In view of the above, it is directed that Paragraph Nos. 9 and 11 of the order dated 03.11.2025 passed in IA No.27195/2025 shall read as under:
"9. The learned Counsel for the Defendant submits that during the Local Commission conducted on 29.05.2025, the learned Local Commissioner has taken the possession of the following electronic devices:
                                    (i) One (1) Apple MacBook Air (M1)
                                    (ii) One (1) HP Laptop
                                    (iii) One (1) Apple iPhone 14
                                    ***                                     ***                                     ***
11. While reserving the rights and contentions of the Parties, the Defendant's devices being one (1) Apple MacBook Air (M1), one (1) HP Laptop and one (1) Apple iPhone 14 shall be returned and released to the Defendant."

13. The Application stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
