Section 198(1) in The Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act, 1961
(1)The Chief Executive Office or any person authorised by the Chief Executive Officer in this behalf, may enter at any time after reasonable notice, into any building or premises in which any dangerous and infectious disease is reported or suspected to exist for the purpose of inspecting such building or premises.
