Section 42(4) in Bihar Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1980
(4)There shall be at least one urinal for male workers up to fifty and one for female workers upto fifty employed at a time:Provide that where the number of male or female workmen, as the case may be, exceeds 500 it shall be sufficient if there is one urinal for every fifty males or females up to the first 500 and one for every hundred or part thereof thereafter.
