Section 8 in Assam Ministers' and Leader of the Opposition's Salaries, Allowances and Amenities Rules, 2018
8. Mileage.
- Chief Minister, Ministers and Leader of the Opposition, Assam Legislative Assembly shall draw a mileage allowance of fifteen rupees per kilometre for the use of his official car on official duty.
