19. Functions of the Secretary of the Board.
- Secretary of the Board shall-(i)arrange meetings of the Board;(ii)maintain record of the proceedings of the meetings of the Board in the prescribed manner ;(iii)Discharge other functions as may be assigned to him by Vice-Chairman of Board from time to time.
